Michael has more than 30 years Senior Management and Executive Search experience in Life Science. He has managed hires for growth companies and start-ups as well as established companies on an international bases.
Michael is an economist with German and US degrees and an MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona). He has lived and worked in Germany, USA, Austria, France and Spain.
He specializes in functional area heads and C-level for biotech and medical device start-ups and SME’s and represents LIM Global at international Life Science events.
Ignacio Odriozola

Before founding LIM Global, Ignacio accumulated 15 years of Senior Management experience in the biomedical sector. He was responsible on a worldwide basis for several key functional areas such marketing and sales, logistics, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and quality for Life Science companies.

Before founding LIM Global, Ignacio accumulated 15 years of Senior Management experience in the biomedical sector. He was responsible on a worldwide basis for several key functional areas such marketing and sales, logistics, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and quality for Life Science companies.
Ignacio is a Chemical Engineer and Executive MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona). Ignacio has lived and worked in Spain, Italy and USA.
Ignacio has proven leadership experience in multinational matrix organizations as well as in medium-sized and family-owned businesses.
Since co-founding LIM Global in 2000, Ignacio has focused on understanding the needs of LIM’s clients and matching candidates with their business strategy and company culture. He has successfully completed difficult-to-fill positon for pharma, biotech, medtech, in-vitro diagnostics and veterinary businesses.
